Importance of printed photographs & its influence on children development

Updated: Mar 10

As every family I am sure you have many images of your children, family, holidays etc. Isn't it nice to take the album and remember those baby's first days, family time off etc or have a look at the framed images while you sit on the sofa, or walk to the kitchen?! Oh I'm sure it brings smile to your face! Well it always makes me smile....

But then maybe you never actually had time to get your images printed or to create an album? Maybe all your photos are still only on the computer, on usb or on your phone? If that is the case, I am sure you don't even remember how many amazing memories is there! It is so important not to leave the photographs just in the digital form.

It is proved that having a printed photographs is very important for children development. Professor Beattie, who has regularly appeared on GMTV, Richard and Judy and The Lorraine Kelly Show, said: “We cannot underestimate the power of photographs to keep us feeling linked to others and belonging. They cement us into our networks."

“When children grow up surrounded by photographs, it gives them a richer understanding of where they come from, which helps with confidence. I have done a lot of research into how important it is to be reminded of the past, and photographs are a brilliant way of doing that."

Richard Mayfield, Director of Photography of Venture New Generation Portraits, says: 'Our research shows how important it is to find the time to capture the real essence of a family. In today's time-pressured world it is becoming increasingly difficult to spend good quality family time, however when we look at photographs, we remember how we felt when that picture was taken.

Make sure you have your images printed. It is the way you should have them! As a photo books (my favourite), framed on the wall or in any other printed version.

I offer all clients printed images with every single package. I do this as I want you to have it, to share them with your friends and family. To be able to hang them on the wall and look at them with your children. I also offered numbers of different options as photo albums, box with matted prints, triplet that can be standing on the chest of drawers or fireplace.

Remember find a nice printing company and get your photographs printed! There is many nice offers on the market just look for them.
